£50,000 - £55,000
London or Home based (1 day per week in London)
Full-time or Part time (3 – 5 days per week)

Do you have previous project / programme management experience in house or agency?
Are you exceptional at stakeholder management?
Can you multi-task and pivot between conflicting priorities?

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of eradicating HIV in London by 2030. As Performance Manager you will lead this Community Interest Company (CIC) in all aspects of the Social Impact Bond (SIB) performance and contract management.

Key Duties:
• Complex Contract management and negotiations
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders across a variety of levels and sectors.
• Supporting service providers with advice, coaching and tools to deliver the programme effectively.
• Preparing materials and reports for discussion with key stakeholders and the Board of directors.
• Managing risks and issues, quickly and proactively.

Experience required:
• Complex project / programme management experience.
• Experience of contracts management.
• Ability to demonstrate previous success in results based environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in social investment and social impact bonds is desirable.
• Experience of working with sexual health, NHS or public sector projects is highly desirable.
