We are looking for flexible Receptionists who are available for the next 3 – 6 months for short-term temporary bookings. Our clients, based across the West End London, regularly require temporary Reception cover at short notice and prefer to have a regular temp who is familiar with the business available on an ad hoc basis. This set up works really well for candidates who aren’t looking for a full-time permanent role, as they can be a ‘go-to’ temp for a few clients depending on their availability and how often they would like to work! We work with a variety of clients across professional services, and are looking for reliable, temps with some previous experience in Reception and a positive and flexible attitude!

Typical Receptionist duties will be:
• Welcoming clients
• Managing incoming calls, emails and post
• Setting up, and clearing out meeting rooms
• Facilities, and general ad hoc admin support
