The role

In this role you will work for a highly successful, small and professional hedge fund in Mayfair who are looking for an eager, hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to help their busy team with reception, office assistant duties and much more. Receptionist / Administrator duties:

Greeting high profile clients and visitors
Meeting room management and booking couriers
Extensive international travel management
Diary management for directors & C-suite
Research and Meeting preparation  
Expense management
A wide range of varied duties as required
Working with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
