Our client if a renown financial services company based in the heart of the West End, they are seeking immediate Front of House cover from January 2020 for a minimum of 3 months. You will be managing a busy reception desk and be the face of the company in their stunning offices.

Your duties:
• Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the relevant department.
• Being the first point of contact on the reception desk for guests.
• Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms.
• Ensuring all public areas are maintained to the highest of standards.
• General ad-hoc reception duties.

Who we are looking for:

• Highly presentable and presentable Corporate Receptionist with proven Front of House experience in the corporate/private sector
• A confident and polite telephone manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
• Confident in their ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling a busy reception desk
