This is a fantastic Receptionist / Administrator role! You will be providing a support to a busy hedge fund office as well as supporting the CFO and CIO. You will be required to perform basic reception duties such as meeting and greeting. Having great people skills is a must, especially with high profile individuals.
Receptionist / Administrator duties:
• Extensive international travel management
• Diary management for directors & C-suite
• Greeting high profile clients and visitors
• Meeting room management and booking couriers
• Meeting preparation on behalf of Executives
PowerPoint work
• Expense management
• Ad hoc duties as required
