Have you got experience of managing multiple income streams? Are you able to motivate and inspire support for charities via new business development and excellent account management?

The successful candidate will maintain and maximise long term net income for this fantastic children’s charity by managing the Relationship and Partnership Fundraising team. Develop and lead the team to continue to execute an existing fundraising strategy, including producing and implementing a fundraising plan and agreeing budgets for the coming year. In addition to this the post holder will monitor operational and financial performance, manage budgets and report to senior management on the areas of responsibility.

About you:
• Proven ability to develop successful new fundraising propositions and products generating six figures and upwards.
• Experience of fundraising within the charity sector in one or more of the following areas; community, corporate, major donor or challenge events.
• Successful track record in managing, supporting and developing staff.
• Experience of creating, developing and implementing complex strategies which deliver long term fundraising growth.
• Track record in negotiating contracts with suppliers and agencies.
• Experience of developing and monitoring budgets and KPIs, reallocating resources as necessary to maximise impact.
