An incredible opportunity has arisen for a commercially savvy PA to join a driven and dynamic private equity firm. The role is to mainly provide traditional support but as the PA there is plenty of opportunity to get involved with different projects as your role developments over time, making this an incredibly varied role. Based in their stunning Mayfair offices, there is a around 120 employees including a team of 15 PA so if you are looking to be part of a supportive PA community then you will definitely feel supported.

As the PA you will offer support on a 1:6 basis with the majority of your time spent working with the HR Director, with lighter support to 5 others. The role is very busy and you certainly won’t be bored so we are looking to shortlist a PA that thrives working at a fast pace who is able to manage the expectations of different working styles and personalities. You must have first class communication as you will be speaking with top level individuals, stakeholders, whilst remaining professional, motivated and driven to provide quality outputs.

The duties:

Managing complex diaries
Booking international travel and frequent visa’s
Expense management
Assist with the preparation, review and/or assembly of documents
Manage and/or assist with ad-hoc projects as required
