Do you have superior skills in developing and maintaining donor and partner relationships? Have you successfully secured funding from governments, institutions and individual donors?

This is a small international development charity with powerful vision and goals. They are changing the way that donors can invest in the sector, so their donations can have a huge impact on the ground. You will be joining an environment of driven game changers who are making a change on a global level. As part of the Partnerships and Brands team, you will take the leadership role in fundraising and partnership development. This will include managing existing partnerships with a variety of investors, developing new partnerships and raising funds. You will develop the cultivation strategy and work closely with the investments team to articulate and package programmatic concepts and develop compelling written materials, such as proposals, outreach letters and letters of intent.

About you:
• Experience of relationships management and generating income from global government donors is essential to this role and you will need to be working with all or some of the following, ideally health contacts at: DFID, NORAD, JICA, DFAT / AusAid, AFD, EC, CIDA, SIDA, GiZ, NFTDA
• Experience in strategic fundraising for international development and in developing seven-figure, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Demonstrable depth of experience in partnership management, and advocacy within the development sector;
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret research findings;
• Excellent partnership and relationship building skills, including representing the charity with senior Government officials and partners.
• A self-starter, with resilience, pace, drive, interpersonal flexibility and a high degree of organisational skills
