A temp Events Assistant role for a global business advisory firm in London to start immediately. This will be to support the Events Manager, during a busy period of events and upcoming conferences. As the Events Assistant you will be supporting the events team with day-to-day admin, assisting in planning and delivering events including tracking invitation responses, pre-event and on-site logistics. You will be coordinating meetings and booking rooms, liaising with hospitality on catering and set up of events. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have 18 months experience in an Events Assistant role and be available immediately, for the next 3 months (with the possibility of an extension).
