THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
They are looking to hire a Data Coordinator to help manage the institutions Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data is input, updated, accurate and compliant. This role also oversees the use of Mailchimp Email Service Provider (ESP) and provides general support to the Development team.
The Data Coordinator will contribute to and support the audience development plan, working with the Communications & Marketing team to support the roll out of a sophisticated audience engagement strategy, facilitated by the Data Coordinator’s overview of the CRM’s capabilities. The aim is to support the institutions ability to make better informed data driven decisions.
THE PERSON SPEC:
You will have good knowledge of data compliance requirements in respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Ideally you will have experience of Salesforce and Mailchimp.
