Research Associate

An international executive search and advisory firm specialising in a number of core sectors, working at top Senior Leadership and CEO appointments, are looking at graduate level Research Associates to be part of their specialist Life Sciences practice. The role of Research Associate is at the heart of what they do. Ultimately, you will be working with a complex brief (often several at once), and researching to identify high calibre senior leaders. On joining the firm, you will be provided with bespoke training to gain and develop sector knowledge and different research techniques, including market mapping, how to analyse the quality of candidate profiles and how to present these assessments to the firm’s Partners. Excellent training will be provided, and following the induction period you will be provided with a mentor and will then begin to independently work on your own high volume research projects, eventually working towards an average of three projects at any one time.

This role has great scope for progression and promotion in one of the fastest growing practices in the industry and is an enviable place to work, it’s a supportive and fun working environment with driven, intelligent colleagues and this is an actively sought after position for graduates or someone with one to two years experience post university.

Successful candidates will:
Have a 2:1 degree from an established university
Have sharp and analytical skills and the highest level of attention to detail
High levels of resilience and drive
Excellent interpersonal skills
