Junior Research Analyst

Are you seeking a permanent role with immediate effect? We have an immediate opportunity for a Junior Research Analyst with a premium executive search firm based in Mayfair. The business covers, Sport, Media, Tech, Entertainment, Retail and Leisure and Consumer. They are a non-hierarchical and friendly team made of 30 people including Partners, Consultants, Researchers and support staff. The role is research and administrative intensive and the person will enjoy desk-based research and be interested in researching a broad range of business related topics.

The ideal candidate will come with excellent academics and will have achieved a 2:1 in their chosen subject. It is essential that the candidate has exemplary literacy and verbal skills, as the role will involve the quick grasp of information and high volume tasks. You will also be very well organised and diligent, and be happy fulfilling a support and administrative role within the Senior Research Team.

The role will encompass three elements; Research Support and supporting the research team in the delivery of clients assignments and assisting in the research of presentations and market mapping exercises, Document Preparation and general Administration such as PA duties and assisting with social media and the company website.
