Internal Communications Cor
Our client is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Coordinator to join their award-winning Communications team on a temporary basis. The aim of this role is to take the lead on delivering an internal communications strategy to support a large-scale change programme.
The successful candidate will be expected to be coordinating and delivering on internal communications to support the implementation of new IT systems across the organisation. Your role will be essential in engaging and informing members of staff across the company for any changes made to the IT systems.
It is essential for the successful candidate to demonstrable experience of coordinating and delivering internal communications strategies and will be able to develop and deliver an internal communications and engagement plan to support the programme. You will also need to have strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage a complex and varied work programme.
This is an amazing opportunity as this role will allow you to thrive as you will be the first point of contact for key internal key internal stakeholders driving this programme of work and will provide expert advice and support on internal communications to them on a regular basis. You will be experienced in building positive relationships with colleagues to enhance and improve internal communications, particularly within the context of a change programme.
