Operations Manager

A ground breaking SME is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of this forward thinking and dynamic company. They partner with some of the most intriguing and important organisations – from arts institutions, technology, government and a to FTSE 100 companies. The person will be based at their East London offices but there is also flexibility for the role to be based in Glasgow if necessary. This person will have a proven track record of successfully driving operational efficiency in small-to-medium sized businesses to secure scaling as they continue to expanding across Europe.

The role will involve the day-to-day operational running of the company to achieve company-wide goals and for the effective communication between departments. This will be broad in remit and will cover HR, people management, finance, Media and working strategically with Director and the Board in addition to galvanizing positive relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of supporting and developing commercial businesses and will have worked in a similar operations capacity before. Highly motivated and self-starter by nature, this person will also be degree educated, bright, engaging with highly developed written English language skills and experienced managing large scale projects working with budgets and deadlines.
