A superb opportunity for an extremely poised, intelligent high calibre Executive Assistant with experience providing high level support across C-suite and board level, to join a highly successful top-tier consultancy firm based in a new development overlooking St James’s park.
You will be supporting the Managing Partner on a 1:1 basis in the Luxury Retail Practice in a business capacity rather than undertaking any personal working. This includes programme management, international travel booking, diary management, scheduling global meetings, dealing with clients, arranging dinners and events, tracking and reporting on key client projects, expense management, coordinating video conferences. For this role, you will be motivated, calm, unflappable, and happy to work in a commercial and challenging environment and used to a high urgency, deadline driven environment. This is a collaborative place to work and it’s important that you enjoy being an EA in addition to working as part of a team.
You must have proven experience within professional services and will have experience at top level along with a good foundation of what it’s like to deliver a first class EA service to highly successful executives.
