Senior Sales and Events Manager

As Senior Sales and Events Manager you will need to manage a team who deliver on private, full venue hire and exclusive sales for all of their London sites. You will need to be able to maintain engagement and a great working atmosphere for the Events Managers, Reservations & Systems Manager below you. You will make sure that all Business Development Managers are performing to their best ability at all times, whilst providing guidance and training.
What skills do I need?
Have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Extensive knowledge of the planning and execution for all events
Previous experience managing and guiding a team
Be great with figures and target driven.
Exceptional customer service skills when dealing with clients, queries and complaints.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to produce accurate reports on the team's activity and performance
previous experience using a CRM system.
