Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking reliable Corporate Receptionists to provide valuable temporary support to a range of high-end clients across London.

This an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact at some amazing offices, based both in the City and the West End. We recruit across a variety of industries, including: private equity, financial services, energy, executive search, management consultancy and more. We are specifically looking for strong candidates with previous reception experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and an outstanding work ethic.

Your duties may include:

• Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering telephone calls and dealing with email correspondence
• Managing meeting schedules – room bookings, refreshments, distributing materials
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc requests

Do you possess the following?

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Previous experience in a Corporate Receptionist role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
