A boutique financial consultancy firm based near Cannon Street are seeking an efficient, organised and on the ball Finance Assistant / Administrator to join their super friendly yet professional and hard-working team!

They are looking for someone with high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
You will be working with complex and confidential data so a high degree of discretion and understanding of confidentiality is key for this role.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced office role with some exposure to finance in a professional services/ finance environment is required. AAT qualification is desirable but not essential.
Your Finance Assistant duties will include:
Processing, chasing and posting invoices
Updating accounts software
Producing expense forms
Monitoring bank balances and making appropriate transfers
Producing relevant schedules for auditor information
Maintaining monthly payroll
Ad hoc duties are required
