Our client, a highly reputable Financial Services company based in the heart of the City, are seeking an experienced and highly professional Administrator to provide crucial support to their busy head offices. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible.
• General administrative duties – filing, scanning, proofreading, updating records on internal systems, sorting incoming correspondence.
• Producing PowerPoint presentations and updating Excel records.
• Front of House duties – meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, refreshing meeting rooms.
We are seeking a reliable, well-presented Office Administrator with strong MS Office skills, in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good eye for detail. You must have at least 1-year prior experience within a corporate environment, as well as be comfortable covering the Reception desk where required.
