HR L&D Administrator
A top global Accountancy Firm based in the City is seeking a super friendly and efficient HR and L&D Administrator to join their HR Consultancy team and provide outstanding day-to-day support to the team and their clients.
To succeed in this role you will be an extremely well organised administrator with the ability to work on your own initiative. In order for you seamlessly integrate within this busy team of HR professionals you must be an exceptional multi-tasker with a proactive and can-do-attitude.
Some key aspects of the role include:
• Assisting the HR Consultancy team to proactively support clients to develop and deliver their HR solutions
• Taking responsibility for the logistics associated with setting up new clients
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the client HR system (Cezanne) and taking responsibility for its operation
• Supporting the L&D Director in the administration of all training courses
• Updating the L&D diary and Events Agenda
