A truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading City based Executive Search firm. The role is incredibly diverse and has a broad remit which includes taking all necessary action to ensure the smooth running of the London office. Working in collaboration with the firm’s Partners the role covers all aspects of:
Financial; Continuous management and improvement in all finance processes to create operational effectiveness and efficiency, to ensure operational finance procedures are commercially focused, meet changing business needs and regulatory requirements effectively and efficiently.
Business Processes and Systems; Seek out and implement business process improvements, e.g. automation of manual processes to increase productivity and allow for time spent on more business-critical tasks.
Strategic and Business Objectives; i.e. creating client presentations, utilising best of available slides from various teams and creating new slides to support proposition for the particular presentation/client, and supporting teams with client proposals and pitches by actively seeking out relevant data to further promote the business, highlight/showcase our strengths.
Operational; HR: Recruitment and onboarding admin, talent development, Sales Pipeline: update Sales Report and circulate to Partners weekly, GDPR: working with Partner to ensure business is complying with the regulations.
Line Management; Oversee Operations Administrator on day-to-day tasks and continuous training and development ensure successful management.
