The successful applicant will assist with the organisation and marketing of events and conferences by supporting the Assistant Head of Member Services. This includes liaising with delegates and members providing information and dealing with enquiries or queries that arise using a bulk email tool, the website, email, letters. Processing delegate conference bookings and producing brochures within accepted brand guidelines and assisting with arrangements for printing and distribution and publishing online. Maintaining the event database, inputting and confirming delegate registrations and researching lists of contacts for the database and entering this data accurately.
