Are you an excellent EA/PA, maybe interested in project work alongside the traditional EA/PA remit? Are you looking to be based within an agile and a highly client-focused environment in the heart of the West End with views over the Thames?   

A boutique professional services consultancy is looking for a superstar EA/PA of the highest calibre to provide support for up to 3 Partners.  Based within their Education practice, the primary focus of the role will be to support in all aspects of client management and execution of projects.  This is the perfect side step for someone with experience of working in the education sector looking to move into a commercial, driven and progressive environment. 

To excel in this company, you must have strong communication and relationship building skills, in addition to the ability to plan ahead and be a natural organiser who is super on the ball.

- Dealing at senior levels with high-profile individuals
- Complex diary management, including travel arrangements
- Liaising with clients; arranging business development meetings and updating information on the company database
- Responding to e-mails and calls
- Use of the company database - this is a focal point of the working day and full training will be given
- Keeping track of project and marketing costs, liaising with the finance department
- Preparing business development materials for potential client pitches to the highest standard in PowerPoint
- Being enthusiastic, interested and knowledgeable about the assignments and companies that you will be involved in
