Are you an experienced Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant looking for a new opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and dynamic search firm as they go through a period of significant growth has just come in. In the 9 years since the inception of the business, this firm has built and maintained a strong reputation and brand by focusing on recruiting in the ‘alternative funds’ market.

You will be joining an innovative culture that values strategic and creative thinking that can produce fresh approaches to the recruitment process, whilst always delivering a first class product to all clients. Retaining talent and maintaining long-term relationships both with clients and internally is paramount to this firm. For example, all junior staff are on discretionary bonuses so they can be rewarded accurately for their work and there’s a clear path to partnership within the business.

Our client are seeking an experienced Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant ideally with 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment. You will have strong academics (degree preferred) and immaculate communication skills, as well as have a robust work ethic and self-drive to truly excel in this role.
