Are you an enthusiastic, pro-active and experienced individual giving fundraiser? Looking for your next opportunity?

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of this this charities acquisition strategy, maximising the volume and lifetime value of new supporters to the organisation. As part of the individual giving team, the Acquisition Manager will lead on the acquisition of new donors across a range of new products and channels, reaching new audiences. The post holder will also develop effective working relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
About you:

• Able to deliver donor engagement strategies and journeys that are optimised for income generation across different channels
• Experience of developing a wide Individual Giving programme including acquisition, retention and legacy
• Ability to manage a multi-channel programme of donor communications
• Experience leading integrated campaigns including digital and offline channels
• Demonstrate understanding of using data and databases
• Experience of managing external suppliers and agencies, and negotiating contracts
• Ability to manage a multi-channel programme of donor communications
• Experience of analysing and interpreting results/trends to inform strategy
• Excellent organisational, communication and budget management skills
