Are you looking for a temporary role in HR? Do you have experience in formatting training content and putting together new learning materials? If so, this is the role for you!
We are currently seeking a highly capable individual with experience in learning and development to support a high-end business located in Knightsbridge, London. This is a temporary role that will approximately last between 4-6 weeks.
Your duties would include;
- Design, conduct and initiate the relevant learning and development programmes for new or existing employees at all levels in the organisation.
- Review existing programmes and resources.
- To keep up to date with current thinking of training practice and methods.
You must be able to create new learning materials for the development of other members of staff, so a sense of good time management and be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines is imperative. Impeccable communication skills are a must, as you must be confident to liaise with different departments and at all levels of seniority. Strong IT skills are essential, as well as being able to operate with discretion always as you will be handling information of a sensitive nature.
