Do you have experience as an Office Manager within the corporate sector? Are you available this April/May for a temporary assignment? We have the role for you!

A world-leading software and technology company based in the heart of the City of London are seeking a highly capable Office Manager on a temporary basis. This assignment will last between 25th April and 10th May.

You will be responsible for both Facilities and Front of House management, including:

• Monitoring the front desk – answering incoming calls, resolving queries, inbox management
• Preparing and proofreading documents, presentations and reports for meetings
• Liaising between staff and suppliers, ordering stationery/supplies, maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with the coordination of staff events and distribution of materials
• Travel and accommodation arrangements

You will be a highly skilled Office Manager that is fully capable of overseeing the running of a busy office in a corporate environment. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as be confident in your ability to work autonomously. Time management is key here, as you will need to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines whilst simultaneously maintaining your composed and professional manner. Our client is seeking a well-presented, articulate Office Manager with professional experience, a strong work ethic and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is completed.
