Interim Project Assistant
9-month contract – part time; 3 days per week
£12,330 pro rota salary paid for the 9 months (£27,333 full time salary equivalent)

The post holder will be assisting the project manager on this exciting new project – to make sure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will be assisting in collecting reports from the project participants and keeping track of project progress against plan


Key Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst juggling a range of priorities with minimal supervision

- Experience of arranging meetings, note taking and circulating, and following up on actions

- Strong coordination skills, ideally from taking the lead on work that is project focused
