Do you have experience providing outstanding administrative support within a corporate setting? Are you available this April/May for temporary work?
Our client, a highly reputable fund management company based in the heart of the City, are seeking an experienced and highly professional Administrator to provide crucial support to their busy head offices at the end of April. This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 1 week.
- General administrative duties - filing, scanning, proofreading, updating records on internal systems, sorting incoming correspondence.
- Producing PowerPoint presentations and updating Excel records.
- Front of House duties - meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, refreshing meeting rooms.
We are seeking a reliable, well-presented Administrator with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good eye for detail. You must have prior experience within a corporate or private sector environment, as well as be comfortable covering the Reception desk where required. You must available for the dates 26th April to 3rd May.
