PA to CEO/Office Manager

Are you an experienced PA looking for a new challenge and to be part of an amazing organisation who are making a difference? why not apply to this role today!

The post holder will be providing administrative support to the chief executive. You will also act as an office manager, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative provisions, including managing staff training arrangements and the maintenance of all staff records.

The post holder is also responsible for the day to day management of the building and acts as Secretary to the Board of Trustees

Key Responsibilities

- Experience of working in an administrative, secretarial or PA role, with diary management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office to an advanced level
- Ability to draft minutes of complex meetings and to draft letters and reports
- Ability to manage and coordinate electronic and manual filing and information systems
