Senior Digital Marketing officer

The post holder will have proven experience in digital marketing and the ability to create engaging email contents and designs. You will be providing insightful reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders, on the effectiveness of email communications and specific campaign.

You will be expected to develop email testing programmes and implementing them across the charity to continuously optimise the communication performances. You will be monitoring email marketing trends, whilst ensuring that all email programmes complies with the data protection and relevant legislation.


Key Skills

• Experience in developing and managing successful email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of legal compliance, in relation to email marketing
• Knowledge of email service providers, ideally Adestra’s Message Focus
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Experience in testing and segmenting emails and making insightful decisions
• Experience using analytics tools to monitor and report on email usage and behaviour
