It is an exciting time to join this well-known Animal charity organisation and their busy Direct Marketing Team as a Direct Marketing Officer. The team are responsible for recruiting and retaining individual donors who support the charity.

The post holder will have proven experience within a Direct Marketing Executive/Officer position. You will be tasked with carrying out administrative duties and day to day campaign management of telemarketing and face-to- face fundraising campaigns.

To succeed, you will have proven administration experience, maybe even project administration experience and must be highly organised. The role will require the candidate to be proactive and comfortable with coming up with new ideas that help streamline their processes.

Duties/Responsibilities/Experience

• Proven experience within a similar role, working within a Direct Marketing team
• Experience with managing budgets
• Control packs
• Organised
• High attention to detail
• Strong administrative experience

Key Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication and client care skills (written and verbal)
• Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including the using digital tools
• Experience with writing campaigns, placing case studies and working on fundraising PR
• Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders
