A well known charity is looking for a Trust Manager to support and drive the teams growth. The trust manager will be managing an effective team, creating structure to ensure the team can go from strength to strength. You will also be building a solid rapport with the Home’s Trust and Foundation partnerships. Alongside that, you will be researching prospective supporters and cultivate relationships in line with the overall Trust Team strategy.

About You

• Good understanding of managing relationships with stakeholders
• A proven track record for achieving set targets from major trust bodies
• Drafting funding applications and report
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience of working constructively and collaboratively within a team
• IT literate with good experience of MS Office and other relevant IT
• Fundraising qualification (desirable)
