Are you a digital savvy professional passionate about the third sector?  
 
You will be providing front-line support for anyone using the digital products and services, utilising your solid experience in technology landscaping. You will be writing consistent and clear bug logs, acceptance criteria and user stories whilst managing and prioritising the backlog of bugs across the digital products and services. 
 
Rigorous testing of digital products and services will maintain the high set of standards expected. You will provide support for the digital platforms that are managed but the digital team. 
 
About you: 
- You have experience of working in digital support  
- You have solid technical understanding of Drupal and technology landscape in general 
- You have experience of writing test plans, bug logs, user stories and acceptance criteria 
- You have experience of working in an agile environment 
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with external suppliers 
- You are a solutions-focused, analytical individual who thrives on problem-solving 
- You have solid understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
