Team EA - Executive Search Consultancy

The company is in a period of growth and operate on an international scale, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for training and career progression. You will be joining a focused yet lively team based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End.
Your duties will include:
• Diary management and coordinating events – room bookings, organising meetings, creating itineraries, liaising with other high-profile clients and their EA’s.
• Travel arrangements for the senior partners and colleagues – accommodation, flights, taxis, other necessary reservations.
• Reception desk – greeting clients, answering incoming calls and emails, general office maintenance.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties – document handling, filing, organising PowerPoint presentations, dealing with incoming correspondence.
You will be a highly organised individual who is confident at handling multiple tasks at once, as you will be responsible for providing support on a 5:1 basis. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are essential, as well as a meticulous work ethic and an ability to take initiative when dealing with difficult or unexpected situations.
