Role – Client Administrator
Location- Bank/St Paul’s
My client, a highly successful financial advisory firm based in the City are looking for a switched on, savvy and super organised administrator to provide extensive administrative support to a Senior Director.
Due to the growth of the business, this is a newly created position and will give you the opportunity to make this role your own and strengthen existing procedures.
If you have an interest in finance and would like to study to become an independent financial advisor, this company will absolutely support you through this.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude and bags of charisma. You must be super organised, articulate and confident liaising with clients and all colleagues.
Experience in financial services and excellent MS Office skills are required
• Setting up new clients
• Preparing internal and external documents for meetings
• Understanding fees
• Working on client illustration
• Being the first point of contact for client queries
• Processing new business
• Ad hoc duties as required
