Executive Assistant to the CEO – Heath Charity – Maine Charity

An exciting opportunity was arisen with a fantastic Heath Charity as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a great opportunity to help enhance the role of the CEO and SLT by providing high-level executive administrative support. You will also be supporting the Chair and the Board of Trustees.
Naturally as the first point of contact on behalf of the CEO and the Charity, you will play a key role in the development of relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Key duties:
• Provide full administrative support to the CEO including; diary management, collating papers, managing correspondence, arranging national and international
• Arrange, manage and forward plan SLT meetings, prepare agendas, produce minutes and follow-up actions
• Be aware of budget and strategy development cycles
• Project Manage and support SLT with ad hoc projects
• Strong strategic and operational understanding
• Draft and coordinate sensitive complaint responses, in line with procedures

Key Skills;
• Proven experience of working as an EA/PA or Senior Administrator
• Excellent organisational skills, action on own initiative, proactively manage competing demands
• Confident and approachable
• Diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders
