In this role you will be providing business intelligence to support the ambitious growth plan of the charity. You will be using management information and insight to inform planning, product evaluation and implementation of new products in order to maximise both income and engagement.

About you:
• A comprehensive understanding of the structure of databases and their implementation
• SQL – PL/SQL knowledge
• A sound understanding of direct marketing practices
• Adaptable communication skills – able to communicate technical issues in a clear and positive manner
• Relevant experience in acquisition, retention of profiling project
