Commercial Team Assistant

Picture an organisation who promote positivity, have a passion for making a difference and who value diversity. This progressive firm are seeking an intelligent, persuasive Contracts and Bid Assistant to take their business operations to the next level.

This is a permanent position but starting initially on a temporary basis so you can ensure you're happy with the role.

You will benefit from a close one to one working relationship with the Head of Operations, who is a motivating and inspiring leader. You will assist her in her day to day role, as well as managing your own workload.

As the Bid and Contract Assistant your role will be varied in supporting two departments with various administrative duties, including:

Bid & Tender:
• Data and tender document management
• Setting up and updating portfolios
• Bid proposal generation and market research
• Weekly reports on: bids, research and proposals


• Records management
• Client and lead generation
• Creating and formatting documents
• Meeting scheduling

The role is for a highly motivated savvy, articulate administrator to assist in managing the contracts and tenders portfolios in line with the brand vision and values. The role encompasses everything related to business development and you will be working heavily with databases and process.

You will be passionate and love administration and effective record keeping and as research is a key aspect to this position, this role would suit someone who has an analytical mind!

Demonstrable experience in a similar role will be key to ensure success in this role coupled with the following characteristics: you will be highly experienced, positive, creative, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
