You will be responsible for ensuring the most effective implementation operational management and implementation of offline Mass Participation, New Product and Lead Generation directing marketing campaigns.

Identify new recruitment channels and methods to acquire participants in challenge events, new products and new leads to ensure the maximisation of the charities income.

You should be comfortable developing, implementing and managing budgets, as well as reporting findings up to management.

They need someone who:
• Has evidential experience planning, implementing and evaluating direct marketing campaigns.
• Has experience analysing results of campaigns.
• Has exceptional attention to detail.
• Has first-class communication skills, able to work confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
