Polish speaking Team Assistant required!

A thriving business in North West London are seeking a Team Assistant. This is a busy office environment, extremely fast paced and would suit an enthusiastic individual with a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude.

Above all you will have fantastic planning and organisational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

The duties of the Team Assistant will be varied, but include:

• Answering phones
• Typing
• Chasing payments
• Maintaining client records
• New supplier enquiries
• Office and warehouse supplies
• Assisting with planning diaries
• Research and preparation for meetings
• Create and Format documents using MS Office
• Coordinating conference calls
• Greeting clients
• Invoicing, expenses and other ad hoc administrative duties
