This progressive firm are seeking an intelligent, persuasive Contracts and Bid Assistant to take their business operations to the next level.

The role is for a highly motivated savvy, articulate administrator to assist in managing the contracts and tenders portfolios in line with the brand vision and values. The role encompasses everything related to business development and you will be working heavily with databases and process.

You will benefit from a close one to one working relationship with the Head of Operations, who is a motivating and inspiring leader. You will assist her in her day to day role, as well as managing your own workload.

You will be passionate and love administration and effective record keeping - this role is dependent on you updating and managing the database; coordinating meetings, assignments and ensuring reports and contracts are completed. You will create weekly reports and proposals formulated from the contracts and tenders portfolios, aligned with the business and strategy team.

Research is also a key aspect to this position, so this role would suit someone who has an analytical mind!

Demonstrable experience in a similar role will be key to ensure success in this role coupled with the following characteristics: you will be highly experienced, positive, creative, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
