Business Development Executive

Enjoy building new relationships but with zero cold calling?  A leading Executive Search firm are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join the super cool London office. 

Based in their cool City offices, you will be responsible for generating face to face appointments for both the recruitment and marketing teams.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience looking to further develop into either an Executive Search or Account Management career path.  You must be resilient and a confident self-starter; an excellent communicator, networker, exceptionally well-organised with a positive can-do attitude and you will enjoy working within a driven, innovative, and progressive environment.  This is what the role looks like:

Gathering information relating to relevant Financial Service organisations
Updating a CRM database
Arranging call backs and appointments for the Recruitment & Marketing teams
Management of ongoing relationships with client contacts
Meeting with key decision makers in the financial services
Working on a variety of projects, sometimes several at one time
