A friendly, professional and high profile membership organisation in a fantastic central location in Victoria are looking for a star Receptionist to look after their brand new reception area and provide a seamless and friendly front of house service as their sole receptionist.

We are looking for a bright, engaging and well-presented candidate with experience working in front of house and who takes real pride in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that all visitors and callers receive a polite and friendly greeting! You will be the face of the company and responsible for providing a wide range of extra admin duties as detailed below!

• Greet all visitors to the office with a positive and helpful attitude
• Announce visitors on arrival to the relevant colleague
• Provide refreshments and lunches for meetings with proactive forward planning on catering needs
• Manage the reception area to ensure it always looks great!
• Look after the meeting room diary and deal with any room booking conflicts in advance
• Order all office supplies and manage stock levels, unpacking and storage
• Booking couriers and arranging
• Supporting on events both in house and external
