Executive Assistant with Marketing

In stunning, corporate offices in the City of London, one of the world’s leading economic consulting firms is looking for an EA to join their fantastic team. This role would be equally balanced between Executive Assistant duties and marketing duties.

You will need marketing experience combined with the whole range of Executive Assistant skills including, but not limited to, diary management, travel booking, and events management. Strong writing skills are also key for blog writing and social media interactivity and any experience in sending mailers via CRM and site content updates would be a bonus.

The role will include:
• EA duties
• Booking travel
• Diary management
• Producing documents
• Events management
• Blog writing

You will need:
• CRM experience
• Events management experience
• Strong writing skills
• A general interest in social media

This is an immediate start, temp to perm position providing a great opportunity within this prominent consultancy firm.
