In an enviable location near Oxford Circus with a mesmerising aquarium in reception, this office is home to a highly successful investment and strategic advisory company. The business invest in and offer guidance to a diverse range of portfolio companies. They are seeking a bright, intelligent and highly charismatic Executive Assistant to join their team and support the Senior Partner. This Partner is a dream boss; he is friendly, fun, extremely engaging and will offer amazing training and development opportunities, he will give you lots of feedback coupled with support and challenge you daily in a very positive way to help you be the best you can be!

The role combines Executive Assistant duties with a range of other project and operational work.

Once you have passed your probation and been successfully inducted, you can opt to work remotely up to 3 days a week and there will also be times when you will travel in your role to visit the portfolio companies.

Main duties:
• Complex diary and travel management, business and some personal
• Organising and hosting meetings and business conferences, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-taking
• Overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents
• Processing of expenses
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Maintaining trackers and producing reports
• Being the administrator for the team intranet and expenses system
• Reviewing all policies, procedures and risk management documentation making sure they follow best practice

The role will suit someone who will take pride in the ownership of the role, willing and capable of “rolling up your sleeves”, and having a friendly, can-do attitude.

Ideally you will be degree educated (or or of graduate calibre) with a keen interest in business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a capable self-starter who communicates well and is naturally highly organised, and relishes in building rapport with clients and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, and preferably have experience as an EA.
