Are you a highly professional, experienced and hands-on receptionist? Do you have experience managing a busy and professional front of house in a boutique organisation?
This role is within an extremely successful finance house in the heart of Mayfair.
You will be entirely responsible for the reception function, meeting and greeting VIP guests, ensuring the experience they receive is warm, utterly professional and welcoming. There are a myriad of administrative tasks that will also be your responsibility, so your day will fly by between greeting your guests and managing scheduling conflicts.
Flexibility, proactivity and adaptability are all key attributes they need. If you are currently working in a small or boutique environment, looking for a busy standalone reception position, take pride in being extremely well presented and have at least 5 years experience in a similar position, then you could be rewarded with some excellent benefits and the chance to joing a warm and welcoming team.
There will be extensive diary and meeting room management using Outlook, so experience with this is a must. Some other responsibilities will include:
Taking messages via email or voicemail
Organising and sort incoming / outgoing faxes, mail and couriers
Maintaining a spotless office
Ordering stationary and office supplies, liaising with suppliers
Responsible for organising travel (international & domestic), restaurant bookings, conference bookings, manage subscriptions and invoicing
Data inputting, filing, etc.
