An opening has arisen with an Educational institution who are seeking an focused and proactive Recruitment and On-Boarding Officer.

You will be providing the HR team with experienced mid-level advice, support and administration on the Recruitment, on boarding and off boarding function.

Skills/Experience

• Dealing with stakeholders
• Challenging managers
• Process driven
• Writing adverts, job descriptions
• Working and negotiating with agencies
• Some marketing exposure
• Must have current DBS
• Risk assessments
• Supporting interviews e.g. admin, booking feedback, questions
• Pre-employment checks
• Liaising with payroll, budgets
