Picture an organisation who promote positivity, have a passion for making a difference and who value diversity. This progressive firm are now seeking an Office and Portfolio Assistant to take their business operations to the next level.

The role is for a highly motivated commercial, business assistant to assist in managing the project portfolio in line with the brand vision and values. The role encompasses everything related to the business and you will work closely with all departments to deliver effective strategies around all database management.

You will benefit from a close one to one working relationship with the Head of Operations, who is a motivating and inspiring leader. You will assist her in her day to day role, as well as managing your own workload.

You will be passionate and love administration and effective record keeping – this role is dependent on you updating and managing the database; coordinating meetings, assignments and ensuring reports and contracts are completed.

You will be liaising with various departments, working closely alongside finance, recruitment and IT to provide support and a smooth process.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role will be key to ensure success in this role coupled with the following characteristics: you will be highly experienced, positive, creative, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
