An International Development Charity are looking for an outstanding Director of Fundraising and Communications to promote their values and maximise their income.

They need a well versed professional fundraiser who has a proven record of raising significant funds, as well as growing and developing a strong fundraising team.

You will have experience being able to function on both a strategic and operational level, able to lead a high performing team. You will be an exceptional communicator, able to network and build relationships with all those around you.

Your day to day will entail guiding and motivating a dedicated team to effectively deliver the fundraising strategy. You will explore new and innovative ways to identify and secure new funding opportunities, with the aim to maximise the income of the charity.
